We require a credit card that we can keep on our encrypted system to secure a first appointment.
24-hour cancellation notice must be provided to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
You will receive a booking confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. If this does not occur, please contact us as your appointment time will not be secured.

The nearest bus stop is stop 44 which is on Gawain Road at Percival Street.
Directions
Dandelion Suites is located within the row of shops on Gawain Road which lies between Bracken Street and Norris Road.
There is ample parking at the rear of the premises. Enter from either Lavaine or Torre Streets. Access us by coming up the stairs beside the Footprints thrift shop and follow the path past the Island Food and Spice Shop to the Gawain Road street front and follow the lovely pink windows with the Dandelions and butterflies around to the left.
For those with mobility issues, there is 15-minute street front parking where you could be dropped off and picked up. You could also park at the rear of the premises and follow either Lavaine or Torre Streets to Gawain Road to avoid the stairs.
